I have always been grateful beyond measure for having the best clients and always taken great pride and honor in being selected to represent them in a major financial transaction. Truth is, I took this privilege so seriously that I thought I had to do it all myself. I thought that was best for the client. Well, this past year I have learned that a TALENTED team aligned in mission to serve is actually the best thing for the client.
2021 will be marked as the year we went from “ME TO WE”.
Being sidelined early this year was brutal for me and taught me a hell of a needed lesson: trust great people to be great!
My team knows that I hated being sick and I did not want to discuss it. They made the choice to go all in, channel all energy toward the client, remove all excuse language, and made a decision to lock arms with a simple vision to ELEVATE the CLIENT EXPERIENCE. Golden lesson: talent always focuses on being positively productive and serving the client!
Not only did we have our very best year ever in firm history but we won #1 team in Anne Arundel County (out of 1000’s of licensed agents) for an UNPRECEDENTED 9th year in a row. That’s 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

I’m humbled and grateful to report our final client numbers: 176 families served for just under $150,000,000 of real estate issues resolved aka settled. (Perspective: My goal for the team was $100,000,000).
I guess I could’ve just simply stated I’m thankful and grateful today for our clients AND my team but that just wouldn’t have done the story any justice:)
