David attended Severna Park High School and grew up playing Green Hornets sports, including golfing at Chartwell. He went to college on a golf scholarship at the University of Dayton and earned an MBA from Loyola College. David began buying rental properties in 2001 and found a true passion for residential real estate. His experience buying and selling real estate exposed him to the need for professionalism and follow-up in this industry. With his educational background in psychology and strategic marketing, he felt like he could really help people buy and sell their homes, which can be both an exciting and emotional time. Thirteen years later, he hasn’t looked back and is still enjoying every minute of it.

Community and philanthropy are very important to David and his family. David currently serves on the Building Traditions Society Board of Directors and the Pediatric Council at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He also volunteers as a coach for the local Mago Vista sports program. In 2002, he helped to start a non-profit program in Baltimore that introduced underprivileged youth to the game of golf. David was selected to be on the board of directors for Chartwell Golf and Country Club through 2016. He is also on the board of directors for Bello Machre. David, his wife and three children currently reside in Arnold, Maryland and participate in several charity walk-a-thons every year.

Lisa was born and raised in Laurel and moved to AA county when she got married in 2002. She lived in Piney Orchard until Nov. 2015 when she moved to Arnold. She has two boys. She worked at Nordstrom for 14 years and started as a salesperson. She held a number of positions including management, customer service and most recently Store Administrator. She graduated from UMD in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Family Studies.
Yasmin was born and raised in Prince Georges County. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland in 2014. After completing her Bachelors, Yasmin moved to Crofton and began work as a legal assistant for a personal injury law firm in Baltimore. There she developed strong administrative management skills and honed her skills in customer care allowing her to provide the clients with a great customer service experience during unforeseen circumstances. After two years of working with the law firm, Yasmin knew she wanted to move her career towards Real Estate. She took her Real Estate classes in November 2016 and subsequently passed the exam that same month. She joined the David Orso Group of CENTURY 21 New Millennium in August 2017 and has been able to apply those skills to help facilitate customer care and transactional work in the buying and selling of properties.
Denise was born and raised in California and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She moved to Maryland in 1987 and worked as a Sales and Systems Analyst for Hewlett Packard and Tandem Computers. After her children were born, she designed a website for her real estate friends at Coldwell Banker. That led to obtaining her real estate license in 2002. Denise moved to Keller Williams in 2012 and joined a top ranked group as their Lead Buyer Specialist. Denise prides herself in client satisfaction and attention to detail. She joined the David Orso Group of CENTURY 21 New Millennium in April 2017 and looks forward to providing the same outstanding service here. Denise enjoys golf and spending time with her grown children.
Jenn is a born and raised New Yorker who came to Maryland in 1987 to go to Towson University and she never went back. Jenn graduated from Towson in 1991 with a Degree in Mass Communications and Marketing. Her love of people and sports provided her with over 20 years of working in sales, marketing and business development for many of our iconic organizations in the Region; Severn School, The Baltimore Ravens and MASN-The television network of the Baltimore Orioles and The Washington Nationals. Jenn’s interpersonal skills combined with her attention to detail and impeccable customer service lent itself to her successful sales career. Jenn has lived in Severna Park for 25 years. She raised her two children here and they both graduated from Severn School. With her children now in college, and her passion of all things involving community and real estate, the timing was right for Jenn to follow a dream and pursue her real estate license. Jenn joined the David Orso Group of Century 21 New Millennium in January of 2018. Outside of work, Jenn loves spending time with her family and friends, cruising the Severn River on their boat, watching sporting events, and entertaining at home.
Kristy graduated with honors from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and marketing. She continued her studies at the University of Denver to earn a graduate certificate in web design and development. She is a certified web usability analyst through Human Factors International, as well as a certified professional real estate assistant, certified home marketing specialist, and certified HSR professional home stager and redesigner. She has over fourteen years of professional experience working on communications and web-related projects for companies and organizations such as Anne Arundel Community College, T. Rowe Price, and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their Maltese in Severna Park.
Cari Denton works on the marketing team as the listing marketing manager. Cari was born and raised in Caledonia, a little town in western New York. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Penn State University, State College, in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. After college, Cari spent a few years in the hotel industry working for Wyndham hotels. She moved to Annapolis in 1997, and shifted gears to work in the yachting industry. For five years she planned yacht charters for private parties and corporations for Watermark Cruises and Nautical Destinations. In 2001, Cari turned her focus toward real estate. She worked for a top producing agent at Long & Foster in Fells Point as a full-time licensed Client Services Manager for five years. Then, Cari took time off to raise a family and she was blessed with twin daughters and a son. Now she is is back in the real estate game on our team. She resides in Severna Park with her husband and 3 children. In addition to her work on the team, Cari is also an amazingly talented artist!
