David attended Severna Park High School and grew up playing Green Hornets sports, including golfing at Chartwell. He went to college on a golf scholarship at the University of Dayton and earned an MBA from Loyola College. David began buying rental properties in 2001 and found a true passion for residential real estate. His experience buying and selling real estate exposed him to the need for professionalism and follow-up in this industry. With his educational background in psychology and strategic marketing, he felt like he could really help people buy and sell their homes, which can be both an exciting and emotional time. Thirteen years later, he hasn’t looked back and is still enjoying every minute of it.

With over thirteen years in real estate, David has managed well over one thousand residential transactions and volume greater than $500 million. He currently works as an agent affiliated with CENTURY 21 New Millennium, the number one CENTURY 21 firm in the world. He is the #1 agent in his office and all other brands in Severna Park, Arnold, and Millersville. David leads the #1 team in Maryland within his firm and #14 in the entire United States for all CENTURY 21. In 2012, he earned the CENTURY 21 Double CENTURION® Producer Award, which recognizes top producers within the brokerage. David was voted #1 real estate agent by the readers of the Severna Park Voice. David was also named one of REAL Trends’ Best Real Estate Agents in America in the national ranking report produced by REAL Trends, in July 2013 and 2014. In August 2014, David published his first book, Step Inside: The Unfiltered Truth About Listing and Selling Your Home.
Community and philanthropy are very important to David and his family. David currently serves on the Building Traditions Society Board of Directors and the Pediatric Council at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He also volunteers as a coach for the local Mago Vista sports program. In 2002, he helped to start a non-profit program in Baltimore that introduced underprivileged youth to the game of golf. David was selected to be on the board of directors for Chartwell Golf and Country Club through 2016. He is also on the board of directors for Bello Machre. David, his wife and three children currently reside in Arnold, Maryland and participate in several charity walk-a-thons every year.
Lisa was born and raised in Laurel and moved to AA county when she got married in 2002. She lived in Piney Orchard until Nov. 2015 when she moved to Arnold. She has two boys. She worked at Nordstrom for 14 years and started as a salesperson. She held a number of positions including management, customer service and most recently Store Administrator. She graduated from UMD in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Family Studies.

Denise was born and raised in California and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She moved to Maryland in 1987 and worked as a Sales and Systems Analyst for Hewlett Packard and Tandem Computers. After her children were born, she designed a website for her real estate friends at Coldwell Banker. That led to obtaining her real estate license in 2002. Denise moved to Keller Williams in 2012 and joined a top ranked group as their Lead Buyer Specialist. Denise prides herself in client satisfaction and attention to detail. She joined the David Orso Group of CENTURY 21 New Millennium in April 2017 and looks forward to providing the same outstanding service here. Denise enjoys golf and spending time with her grown children.
Kristy graduated with honors from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and marketing. She continued her studies at the University of Denver to earn a graduate certificate in web design and development. She is a certified web usability analyst through Human Factors International, as well as a certified professional real estate assistant, certified home marketing specialist, and certified HSR professional home stager and redesigner. She has over fourteen years of professional experience working on communications and web-related projects for companies and organizations such as Anne Arundel Community College, T. Rowe Price, and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their Maltese in Severna Park.
